Cancellation Policy
At Empecco, we strive to deliver the highest quality leather goods and ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@empecco.com with your order number.
- After Shipment:
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to initiate a return once you receive the item (please refer to our Return & Refund Policy).
Custom & Personalized Items
Orders for custom, monogrammed, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once placed, as these are crafted specifically for you.
Refunds on Cancellations
If your order is successfully cancelled:
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
